40kA 3P+N Surge Lightning Protectors(SPD)

LYD7 type surge protection device for low voltage distribution system adopted module design, suitable for working in TT, TN-C, TN-S, TN-C-S or IT distribution modes to provide the protection against lightning or transient over-volatge.

Main structure and work theory:

SPD is constructed of single pole, also it can combine into two poles, three poles or four poles. SPD has built-in release, when SPD happen to over-heating, breakdown, the release can be disconnected from network automatically, mean while it will send the indication signal. At normal working status the display window is green, when it is invalid and disconnected, it will display in red.

Installation:

LYD7-D20 provides D class protection for 3 class lightning proof requirements, installed in LPZ1 zone or between LPZ2 and LPZ3 zone, adopted 35mm standard rail for mounting, used 2.5 to 16mm² multi-standard copper cable to connect. LYD7-C40 provides C class protection for 3 class lightning proof requirements, installed in LPZ0B zone or between LPZ1 and LPZ2 zone, adopted 35mm standard rail for mounting, used 2.5 to 35mm² multi-standard copper cable to connect. LYD7-B60 provides C or B class protection for 3 class lightning proof requirements, installed in LPZB zone or between LPZ1 and LPZ2 zone, adopted 35mm standard rail for mounting, used 2.5 to 35mm² multi-standard copper cable to connect.
