About Samples

You can take a sample for the first step.

1. For our own brand products

We’ll deliver the goods out 2 days after we confirm the payment, and normally 4 to 7 days will be delivered to your place.

2.For the samples of your own Logo or design

You need to pay some cost for sample deck, molds, and freight. The cost of mold will be charged only once, and can be used for mass production in the future. (For products of your design) We’ll send out the sample 10 to 14 days and try our best to ship out your goods at the earliest time.

Leading & Delivering Time

The production cycle is 10 to 14 days, since we have large inventory for blank decks, once we receive your design, we need only around 7 days to finish the printing mold making work, and 3 more days for print your design onto the decks, then your products will be ready.

Usually, it needs 25 days from China harbor to America harbor, and 35 days to South America harbor, 10 days to Australia harbor, 14 days to New Zealand .

Q1. Can you provide samples before an order?

A: Yes, we are happy to send you samples for testing purpose, but we need charge samples cost and shipping cost

Q2. Will you refund the sample fee?

A: Yes, we will refund the sample fee to you if later you place the formal order from us. shipping fee is non-refundable.

Q3. What's your moq for luggage?

A: Normally, for luggage, our moq is 500pcs/1000pcs base on luggage design.

Q4. Can you customer own logo or design?

A: Yes, we can put your logo and design on luggage.
