Q: Can I get sample for free ?
A: Yes. Samples will be free if you purchase at least 1500 travel bags from our company.
1. You would pay for the samples and we will arrange shipment for you.
2. If samples meet your requirement, please inform us and we will arrange shipment after receiving 30% deposit.
3. We will return the sample expense, if you are satisfied with the delivery cargoes and pay the rest of money.

Q: How long can I get the sample ?
A: It depend on the sample whether customized or not 
1. Vchill Existing products ,4-7 days to delivery after we confirm the payment
2. Your own logo or design 15-25 days and try to ship out as earlier as we can 
( and kindly note you need pay some cost for sample deck, molds, and freight and only for once with your demand )

Q: Will you be responsible for the goods when shipping?
A: Usally the forwarder we cooperated with can sent the cargoes to where you want . Beside , we promise that goods will be arranged asap and delivered in the shortest time. 

Q: Goods will be seized by customs?
A: Please be assured of it, because we have formal export qualifications. If it does be seized, we will assist you until problems solved.

Q: What can purchasers do if the trolley luggages have problems?
A: Just take photos of the problem items , and for our checking , after confirmation , we will tell you how to fix it , or if it is serious , we'll resent a new one for you in your next cargo .
