The equipments:

Salt Water Mixer: water mixed with additive such as salt, alkali.
Mixed water metering device: measuring the water demanded by
every pot flour so as to control quantitatively the salt water volume transferred from salt water mixer into dough mixer.
Dough mixer: flour and water combined and mixed evenly.
Ripening pot: dough ripening, improve the elasticity of the flour
Extruder: twice extrusion to form noodles.
Cutting machine: cut noodle.
Hanging&Lifting: hanging and lifting noodles to transfer noodles into aging tuunel.
Aging tunnel: making noodles more chewy and tasty.
Steaming machine: steaming the formed noodles.
Drying machine: up&down multi-level running mode, dehydrated through 3 different constant temperature humidity chamber.
Cooling machine: lower the temperature of noodles to meet the demand of packing.
