I. What is palm oil processing plant ?

This plant is used for making cooking oil from the oil seed and crude oil. It can remove the gum, color and bad smell etc. to make the oil meet the standard of eating.

II. palm oil processing plant include the following details :

(1) The main parts are two neutralizing tank, one bleaching tank and one deodorization tank .They are all hanging on the steel structure

(2)It has stirs and railing on all the sides of steel structure at the first floor and also on staircase. There are also two filters,one is used after bleaching,one is used after deodorization.

 (3) Two oil tanks : raw oil tank and bleached oil tank , accommodated under the structure on the ground floor. Then cooler, conduction oil furnace, steam generators, vacuum pump, water pumps, oil pumps and refined oil tank are arranged on the ground floor around the steel structure i.e.

(4) 40ft. tower is erected just near the deodorizer and its complete structure is supported from the ground floor and also it is attached with the refinery structure.Water jet pump unit is arranged at 40ft. height to create proper vacuum

(5) All types of pipes are interconnected as per the requirement of the refinery i.e. oil pipes , vacuum pipelines , steam pipelines, water pipelines , thermic fluid pipelines . At all appropriate places, proper valves control the pipelines.

(6) Neutralizer is provided with conduction oil furnace for heating the oil 

(7) Bleacher heating is provided with double pipe coil. Among the two pipe coils. One is for conduction oil and another is for cooling water.

(8) Deodorizer is provided with double pipe coil i.e. in both the coils, thermal oil is circulated. Steam is ejected from the stainless nozzles provided on the steam pipe cross supported at the bottom.

(9) Cooler is provided with double pipe coil. Both for cooling water.

(10) In every parts, temperature gauge is provided. Vacuum gauge is provided on deodorizer, bleacher and cooler.

(11) Neutralizer is open on the top with conical bottom.

(12) Bleacher has dished ends on both the sides. Similarly deodorizer has dished ends on both the sides. 

 III. The words we want to tell our customers:

1.      The key to buy the oil refining plant is if you find a professional manufacturer. If they have experience on the oil project? If they are responsible? If they know different kinds of oil material very well? If They can provide perfect after-sale service? They are manufacturer or trader?

2.      There are relevant regulations of oil in the CAC (Codex Alimentarius Commission). If you can get the qualified oil which meet the needs of regulations.

3.      During operation, if some small parts have problems, we will send the replaced parts to buyers by air within 5 days after notified. This is our after-sale service. But some other irresponsible sellers ignore these problems and refuse to help customers, just because of the high express fee.

4.      We will pay a return visit every month, to help them find and resolve any problems.

5.      The main equipment all use famous brand. They are including vacuum pump, gear oil pump, conduction oil furnace, valve, air compressor etc.. Our coils and tanks were tested with pressure before delivery.  

IV. For installation: We will send technicians to install and adjust the machines ,and also responsible for the training of the buyer's workers. The buyer should be responsible for the each of our technician's accommodation,meals,round-trip tickets, correspondence fee, self-security and 80USD per day each person abroad.

(1) During guarantee period ,The seller will provide maintenance free service.(Except the breakdown and destroy caused by person and force majeure)

(2) After receiving the informing of repairing , The technical person of sell party will solve by phone and email ,if it is need and the seller will send technical person to solve the problem on the spot.

(3) During the quality guarantee period ,if it is the quality issues (except easily damaged parts),The cost for maintenance and replace will be beard by sellers.

(4) During guarantee period ,The seller will provide service but without compensation as follows:

l        The damage caused by person and force majeure;

l        The damage caused by improper operating;

l        The damage caused by reforming ,decomposing assembling.

l        Free service will be provided for the long term after guarantee period

5. Solution ways when machine break down:

(1). Telephones and emails communication: solve it by telephone calls and emails

(2). If problems can not be solved by calls or emails, we will send engineers to your workshop for maintain.

(3). If need to change components, we can change freely except easy warn parts and man-made reasons
