2. Features:

     1. Operation panel: all part of this machine is bent on operation panel control.

     2. Function of operation panel: including start up, stop, power switch, power indicate, host frequency conversion speed control device, adjusting device of upper and lower rewinding tension (upper and lower two groups were regulation), unwind brake tension regulator, open and close control device of rewinding tailstock, 2-phase count length device, inching.

     3. The rewinding axis of machine adopts air shaft and surface tension control, it is a simple and effective.

     4. Rewinding tension of rewinding shaft adopts magnetic powder clutch control, smooth tension control, ensure compact material and smooth surface after rewinding.

     5. The machine adopts upper and lower knife to cut. These knives are all special circular knives, blade sharp, ensure the smooth surface of cutting, no burr. The knife can adjust relatively fixed position by an independent knife seat, various sizes of convenient adjustment. And the knife shaft can dress and pull down to replace blade is convenient installation.

      6. Pneumatic unwinding shaft: this 3’’ diameter, pneumatic shaft allows quick and easy loading of material, greatly improving productivity.
