1.The roll is made of chilled cast iron with spun casting. The roll face is hard and anti-wear.(rolls of rubber crusher are made of high grade steel with hard alloy welded on the surface.)The bear roller is grovve roller.The internal cavity of the roll is processed to make temperature well proportioned on the roll surface.

2.The machine is equipped with an overload portection device to prevent the major components from being damaged due to overloading.

3.The machine is also equipped with an emergency device.When an emergent accident happens,just draw the safety pull-rod,and the machine will stop immediately.It is safe and reliable.

There is 3 type of reducer for your selecting:ZQ series reducer,planet reducer,NGW planetary hardened-gear speed reducer.

This machine is mainly applied for the coarse crushing piece of waste steel wire radial tyre under normal temperature. It possesses the function of coarse crushing, fine milling, separating steel wire etc. Especially it is used to crush the steel tyre pieces to 20-30 mesh. The capacity is about 300-500kg/h.

The unit contains: vibrating screen, magnetic structure, conveyer, as well as auto feeding device.
