1, Structure
Micro bubble pond aerator consists ofair blower, aeration device, deflector and aerator box, etc. The air flowsthrough blower into micro bubble aeration device, and effect oxygenation to thewater in the aerator box. The poor oxygen water flows into aerator box thorughthe bottom deflectors, and the rich oxygen water flows out of the aerator boxthrough the top deflectors. Multi-sets of pond aerators will form whirlpool inthe water.

 2, Working principle 
The aerator bottom hasinstalledφ25 pond aeration hose,which can generate micro air bubbles from the nano air pores on the hosesurface. The micro bubbles have larger contact surface and have longerretention time in the water. The micro bubbles have excellent oxygenationeffect so that to greatly enhance the aeration capacity of the pond aeration. YL-seriesmicro bubble pond aerator utilize the density difference of mixing air water toform a negative pressure in the aerator box. The negative pressure suck up thebottom poor oxygen water into aerator, and push the inside rich oxygen waterout of the aerator through deflectors. Multi-sets operation of micro bubblepond aerators can form a regular water flow in the whole pond, which largelyenhace the surface area. The multi-sets operation can also drive the aroundwater and form whirlpools to activate the whole pond water for a best aerationeffect. YL-series pond aerator has mudguard design at the bottom which canprevent the mud from enterting the aerator box. This design protects not onlythe aerator but also the whole pond water clean from the stired mud. YL-series aeratorcan use two-phase power blower, it means this aerator could be applied in allkinds of power situations.
