#Question 1: What are your products made out from?

Our products are made out from all different kinds of natural stone including marble, granite, and the others.

#Question 2: Where do your stones come from?

We are in famous traditional village of Danang city, Vietnam for fine art stone engraving products. 

The village is located near Marble Mountains (Five Elements Mountains), and most of stones is got from the mountains.

#Question 3: How many colors of your stone?

Marble has white, black, gray, yellow, red colors.

Granite has black, yellow, red, and gray colors.

#Question 4: Tell me about white marble, how many grades? 

There are 3 grades of white marble, 1st is best, 2nd is very good, and 3rd is normal, they are different depending the whiteness and hardness.

The white color of 1st is beautiful more than the 2nd, and the 3rd has a little bit black dots.

#Question 5: Which of 3 grades of white marble is most used?

In Vietnam, the 3rd grade is most used for normal clients, and sometimes, the bigger clients want to use the 2nd grade, or more.

The 2nd grade is always used for exporting, the 1st grade is only used when our clients request.

#Question 6: How do you make your products?

We have most skilled craftsmen to create the finest marble products, and our products is only hand made from natural marble stone. 

#Question 7: Do you accept custom designs?

We are so happy to make your custom designs, you just send us your drawings, pictures and any special requirements.

#Question 8: Can I see the production process?

We always send you the production photo in each different period.

We will not pack the products until we get your approval on the final products.

#Question 9: Once my order has been placed, how long will it take for the order to get the products?

Normally 30 days.

For bigger custom home project, we will ship the first container within the first 10 weeks, the rest of container normally will be shipping once every week.

#Question 10: Do you make a approve a full-scale clay model before you start making statue on marble?  

We will make a full-scale clay model if you request.

#Step 3: We will make the best sample products until my client loves them

#Step 4: Client accepts the offer, and transfer 30% deposit and production begins

#Step 5: After production, we will send ready product photos to our client

#Step 6: After products are confirmed by our client, we will arrange shipment, and send a copy shipping documents, commercial invoice and packaging list

#Step 7: Client transfers balance payment, and we will send original documents by express, and client will receive the goods with original documents
