Explanations

1. Printing roller

(printing plate roller)

1)        The size of external diameter is Ø485.6mm(including the size of plate's external diameter whose size is Ø500).

2)  Steel pipe surface is grinded, polished and hard chrome plating.

3)  To correct by dynamic balance, so the revolving is steady.

4)  The roller plate axis with ratchet wheel fixed.

5)  Full plate hanging the plate groove . Plate-hanging with the size of 10mm×3mm is suitable.

6)  Load and unload the printing plating device, and step on the switch to electric control the Clockwise and anti-clockwise revolving.

2. Printing & pressing roller

1)        The size of external diameter is Ø175mm.

2)        Steel pipe surface is whetted and hard chrome plating.

3)        To correct by dynamic balance, so the revolving is steady.

4)        The space of Printing & pressing roller is adjusted by hand. The space of adjustment:2~12mm .

3. Paper feeding roller of Up &Down

1)         Sending the paper onto the top of the roller. Its external diameter size is Ø110mm. Thick-walled steel pipe and matched with three paper-feeding loops with the external diameter size Ø150mm .

2)   Descending to send the paper roller. Its external diameter size isØ175mm Thick-walled steel pipe .To grind the surface and polished the same and do the hard chrome plating.

3)   The space of paper-feeding roller is adjusted by hand. The space of adjustment is 2~12mm.

4 . Steel Anilox Roller

1)        Its external diameter size is Ø175mm.

2)        Steel pipe surface whetted. Press and make net grains, hard chrome plating.

3)  To correct by dynamic balance, so the revolving is steady.

4)  Options for net grains mesh number are 180,200,220  and so on .

5)  Assists paper-feeding system and pneumatic auto lifting and descending device .( While sending paper the Anilox Roller descends to touch with the printing plate . While stopping paper-sending the Anilox Roller lifts to separate with the printing plate.)

6) The net-grain roller enclosed with wedge-shaped overrunning clutch which makes sharing ink and cleaning ink convenient and fast.

5 . Ceramic Anilox Roller

1)        The size of external diameter is Ø175mm.

2)        The surface of steel pipes is wore by ceramic and whetted. Laser-carving the net-grains.

3)        Net-grain roller 's mesh number is chosen by users' necessity.

4)        It is more wear resistant than steel net-grain roller and longer service life.

5)  The up and down pneumatic controlling of ceramic roller will be done by manual button.

6. Rubber roller

1)        The size of external diameter is Ø158mm.

2)   The surface of the steel piper is packed the wear-resisting rubber,to correct by balance.

3)   Adopting medium and special whetting the rubber roller has effective ink--spreading.

7 . Phase adjustment system

1)        Planet type gear structure

2)        To adopt PLC& touching screen to control the printing phase , and by the way of electrical digital type 360 degrees adjustment(Both revolving and stopping can be adjusted.).

3)        The distance of horizontal electrically adjusting the phase is10mm .

4)  The unit will reset automatically with computer--memory in case the form cleaning is done during the running.

8.  water and ink circulation

1)        Device ink from pneumatic Diagram steadily. Easy operation and maintenance.

2)  Ink filtering net to filter the foreign matter. Separating water and ink.

9.  Printing phase fixed device

1)         Pneumatic brakes.

2) While the machine plate form separates or the phase is adjusted the brakes can restrict the revolving of the machine plate form and keep the fixed point of the original gear's position.
