A:Price list Email to you ,we will send to you as soon as possible. 

4.Q:What's the shipping method,shipping time?

A:Our products could be shipped by Sea, by Air, and by Express. which methods to be used is based on the weight and size of the package, and with consideration of customer's requirements. 

5.Q:Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?

A:Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let your forwarder ship the products for you. And then you will no need to pay the freight to us.

6.Q:What's the Payment method?

A:30% by TT or By Western Union in advance, 70% balance paid before shipment. We suggest you transfer the full price at one time. Cause there is bank process fee, it would be a lot of money if you make twice transfer.

7.Q:How to Place an order?

A:Please kindly send us you order by email ,we will confirm the PI with you .we wish to know the below:Delivery information-company name,details address,phone/fax number,destination,transportation way ;Product information :item number,size,quantity,logo,etc

A: Sure. First, please send us the video or pictures, then we can make sure what is the problem about the product. If it can use parts to solve, the replacements will be sent to you in free. If not, we will give you discounts in you next order for compensation.
