Geerda Water-based Elastomeric Waterproof Coating

        Geerda Basement Ceiling Waterproof Coating is two part acrylic-modified cementitious        waterproofing  system. The two components  react chemically after mixing to form a hard           and elastic film which bonds tenaciously to most concrete or masonry substrate to protect           against possiple ingress of water.

• Good flexibility. It can withstand micro-cracks and slight vibration.

    Geerda Water-based Elastomeric Waterproof Coating

     Surface Dry Time 

• Before painting, the surface must be clean, dry, firm and smooth.
• Fill the minor cracks with cement mortar. Sharp edges should be removed.
• The surface must be pre-wetted to saturation and be thoroughly damp, but have no free water on it.

• Put Liquid part into a clean mixing container.
• Add powder part gradually while mixing.
• Using a mechanical mixer mixed until a smooth creamy consistency is achieved.
• The mixing slurry is applied by using a brush, squeegee or rolloer.
• Ensure the material is thoroughly mixed before applying.
• The coating should be applied to the whole surface in at least two coats.
• Apply the second coat at 90 ° to the first coat while the first layer is thorougly dry.

      Geerda Water-based Elastomeric Waterproof Coating has a shelf life of 12 months in   unopened bags and containers stored in a cool dry and elevated position.

• Do not apply this product when temperature is below 5℃ or greater than 45℃.
• Do not apply any other coating until the waterproofing coating is thoroughly dry.
• Don't add water into the dry hard mixture and use it again.
