MWB semiautomatic die-cutting equipment applies to die-cutting of advanced colored boxes made of paper, is our newly developed products, adopted international high-end streamline design and combined several advantages over many other die-cutters both at home and aboard. By advanced technology of fastening with nail in giving as security of the die-cutting precision applies to all kinds of cardboard and corrugated paper, characterized by three-way location, high density, intermittent mechanism, air clutch and manual barring gear, imported electronic control system, speedless speed and stable running. The equipment has been done a significant improvement in terms of the appearance , operation platform, the overall height and lifting from front to back, touch screen put the Man-machine interface into effort while ensure human security and normal work condition under the fault detector by encoder.

MWB1450Q is the classic series which adopt below function on the basis of MWB semi-automatic die cutting machine, it is the initiate of home. Half-stripping system, automatic cleaning three side and middle part, Clean and greatly improves efficiency. Stripping Mold adopt central positioning system, automatic clipping, Upper Stripping mold adopt electric control lifting device

The main driving system adopts crank and worm gear pair and special crank shaft linkage mechanism connect by bearing shell which can reduce locomotive gap, avoid impacting and ensure smooth running, pressure of die-cutting is high.
