1. Alloy of aluminum profile : 6063 or 6061
2. Polishing profile color : silver, champagne, bronze
, golden ,etc.
3. Polishing has two kinds:
1) mechanical polishing :
Firstly cancle rude tracks under fast -speed running of flax wheels.
Secondly ripe out any small track by colth wheels polishing.
2) chemical polishing :
put profiles into oxid anodised and acid grooves.
In the role of nitric acid oxidizer ,
the surface is forming with a dense chromated layer ,which looks brigt mirror.
4. specialty : looks like mirror , very shining ,brilliant ,gorgeous.
5. application :luxurious decroation and window frame .
