Packing Seal Ring

Packing seal ring is moulded by packing.It is of precise size and without any filler or dopes.

Installation Using guidelines:

When cut the packing, you will take it around the roud rods whose diameter is equal to that of the stem(piston rod), ensuring that the precise size and incision parallel. Incision should be neat without loose thrum. Incision and round rod axis should between 45 ° ~60° .

The packing width should match the packing box or over 1-2mm.

Pressing mounting the packing, the port of packing circle must stagger. The port  stagger 120 ° generally and the packing should not be modeled on too tight.

The depth of pressing into packing box should be a lap of packing height, but not less than 5mm.

Installing gland, should make compress cover and stem(piston rod) keep consistent, prevent the divergence, making packing stress non-uniform and abrading soon.

They are produced by pressing in moulds after shearing,using various kinds of packing materials.These products help save materials and are easy for installation and using.They can also be produced into different sizes according to customers' requirements.

The height of stuffing box should be 1.5 times of the diameter of the valve stem.Metal lining should be added if it is too deep.

The stuffing box should be clean.The valve stem should be smooth without any pit.The concentricity of the valve stem is 0.1mm.

Gland end should be smooth with no bevel. Its liquid medium should be above 30MPa and its gas phase be above 40MPa.
