High frequency screen is composed of exciter, pulp distributor, screen frame, rack, hanging spring and screen mesh,using the vibration generator drive system to improve the screening efficiency. It has high efficiency, simple operation, low energy consumption, stable performance and high self-cleaning ability, so the screening rate is 1-2 times higher than traditional screen.

High frequency Screen is mainly used for grading and screening materials,

Widely used in plastics, abrasives, chemistry ,pharmaceuticals, building materials, food, carbon, fertilizer, refractory materials, light industry, mining, coal, metallurgy and other industries, as well as selection and classification of powdery, granular materials.

In the return circuit of the ore grinding process, this machine is used for the control and classification of the grinding ore product and screen out the coarse particles and the raw materials on the screen and return them to the grinding mill for regrinding. The fine particles under the screen can be timely discharged to avoid regrinding and over crushing. Timely screening the materials that reach the fineness requirement can improve the output of the grinding mill, reduce the energy consumption and improve the economic benefits. Installing a high frequency screen in the dressing return circuit can screen the coarse ore concentrate and send it to the grinding mill for re-grinding, and the fine particles under the screen are concentrated to improve the taste of the ore concentrate.
