Q: Can I get some free samples ?

A: We will collect the sample charge first. When you we have the order, we will reduce the sample charge in the contract. However, the MOQ is 1500 pcs.

Q: Sample lead time and container lead time?

A: Sample lead time is 7-10 days; Container lead time is 45 - 60 days.

Q: What is the payment term?

A: T/T, 30% deposit + 70% balance before delivery; L/C acceptable.

Q: How many kinds of color I can order in one lot?

A: The minimum colors we can accept are two in one 40’HQ.

Q: Will you be responsible for the goods when shipping?

A: Generally the logistics company we cooperate can send the cargos to where you want. Besides, we promise that goods will be arranged as soon as possible and delivered in the shortest time.

Q: Goods will be seized by customs?

A: Please be assured of it, because we have formal export qualifications. If it does be seized, we will assist you until problems solved.

Q: What can purchasers do if the trolley luggages have problems?
