♦  Crushing process:  crush the raw material into suitable size before enter into the briquette machine, 3-5mm.

♦   Drying process:  reduce the moisture content of raw material to 12-20 %

♦   Briquette making process:  under the high pressure and temperature, the raw material will be forced into 

cylinder shapes by the screw propeller and heating circle. 

♦   Packing process:  after getting the raw briquettes, you can pack them directly in order.

♣Step one-Crusher:Crusher is used to crush the branches to particles which is the first step of making charcoal.Large-sized

Crusher is developed by our factory and awarded 2 patents.It shows the features of stable preformance,wide crushing materials,

uniform crushing particle size and superior crushing capacity.

♣Step two-Dryer:We can supply two types of dryer:rotary dryer and hot airflor dryer.Rotary type dryer shows the features of perfect

drying effect,easy operation,high efficiency and easy control of drying.It takes advantage of the stability of roller and homogeneity of air.

This equipment makes the combination of roller and pipes which increase the drying strength and reduce the manul power,this is the ideal

 Hot airflow type dryer is our newly developed and advanced drying equipment which also called pipeline type dryer.This type of dryer adopts twice

circulate heating system and shows the features of automatic feeding,complete mix the air and materials,strong drying strength,lower dust and bigger drying capacity.
