Craft Procedure

1.Materials feeding→ double screw stirring→ shearing,granule shaping→ discharging→ automatic cleaning→ reset by hand→ automatic conveying→ granule shaping→ inspection→ sealing→ finished products

2. water→ materials feeding and emulsification→60-80°C shearing & inflating→ multi-hole slurry→80-100°C inflating & granule shaping→110-150°C water evaporation→150 - 200°C hot air drying cooling→ granule shaping→ enzyme,perfume→ inspection→ sealing→ finished products
