Product Specification:

1. When the diameter is set, the tube length can be adjusted.
2. The chart is only for reference, and capacity and length can be customized along with the specific diameter of tube.
3. All the tube length refers to the testing result after sealing, if the customer need to seal tubes by himself, the tube length should be increased 10-20 mm.

Printing Area:

1.After producing, the printing area may shrink nearly 2.0% following production.
2.Standard size for sealing mark is 2.0mm * 7.0mm , also it can be customized.
3.It is 2.0mm for no printing area of tube shoulder and 5.0mm for no printing area of tube tail. They can be adjusted according to the requirement.

    ----- Existing samples are free, but courier cost will be paid by client’s side. If you want to make customized samples, the sampling charges is USD 100.00 per style. More fashionable styles will be available from our website.

     ----- It varies from 20 days to 30 days with the styles and order quantity.

     ----- 10,000 pcs per style for colored packaging tube.

    -----As for sealed tubes (filling from tube orifice): tubes and caps are packed separately. Caps will not be assembled on the tubes.

   ------ As for unsealed tubes/open-end tubes (filling from tube end): Caps will be assembled on the tubes. And it will be put in order in a polybag within a carton.
