Heat Exchanger Stainless Steel Coil Tube and Coil Spring

 1)  Material:TP304 TP304L TP316  TP316L and so on.

 2)  Standard: ASTM  SUS  JIS  AISI or other materials according to customer'schemical component.

 3)  All tubes are bright annealing, which guarantees the surface of tube is smooth.

 4). All tubes are inspected by Eddy-current test and Hydraulic test.

 5). Regarding the method of inside surface cleaning, we use "water washed by sponge". Specific operation method is as follows:

Insert the sponge into the tubing from one end. Then make sponge move in the tubing by the pressure of water current, which can remove the dust, reacted acid and fragment on the internal surface.

We clean tubes with this method for several times. According to the cleanliness of the sponge, we decide whether the internal surface is clean or not.

After cleaning, then the water in the tube is blown out by air.

Then the tubing is put into the drying oven to be dried completely. 

Most of the small-size tube users are worried about whether the internal surface is clean or not. With this method, we can guarantee the cleanliness.

6). Package: 

We have economical packing and standard wooden wheel packing.

7). Under the influence of raw material and production technology, weight per coil is max 30 kgs. If you need longer pipes, we can weld several coils together, 

which is conducted by the professional welding company. After welding, all tubes will be inspected by Eddy Current test and Hydro Test again. The welding won't affect the quality, normal use and mechanical property.
