DISPERSE DYE PRINTING THICKENER RG-RAF

Disperse dye printing thickener RG-RAF is the newest generation of high efficiency synthetic thickener. This thickener was widely used in disperse dye printing, it also has a certain advantage in direct printing. Its printing result achieved and better than similar products, was easy operation and safety when using. If make RG-RAF replace sodium alginate, will make printing factory obtain remarkable economic and social benefits.

Properties and Uses:

This product has a high cohesive force on water molecule, the thickening

effect is good. Because of its anionic, can help disperse dyes to fiber

dyeing, high dying ability, paste is stability, is an ideal alternative

thickener to sodium alginate.

Major Advantage:

1.     The economic benefits is remarkable, when used for disperse dye

printing, if compared with sodium alginate, its cost declined about 1/3.

2.     Dyeing ability is high. Don’t affect the dyes chromophore, color seems more brighter. Printing viscosity has a wide range, suitable for different thickness fabric, fine or rough different patterns, and good levelness on large area dyeing.

3.     Feels soft. Don’t affect the former printing process, non-clogging of screen, non-infiltration, feels more soft.

Application method:

1.     Can be prepared into basic paste of 1~3% by water. The method is gradually add quantitative RG-RAF to contained water of 1/3 volume of the container, then stir for 10 minutes with high speed, then gradually add water and continue to stir, make it completely swelling to the required thickness.

2.     Under high speed stirring of material liquid, gradually add RG-RAF, make it completely swelling to the required thickness.

Package and Storage:

130kg,50kg, 150 plastic drum, can be stored for 1 years under the
