A new type of control panel has a clear, elegant, and high-definition dynamic pictures of operation during the process. The height between the surface of the panel and the ground is 720cm, which is referred to a study of ergonomic, and it is benefits to the operation and observation. A function of lifting up the control panel avoids the corrosion on the inner parts of machine. A bevel design of the control panel prevents the drop of water into the machine, thus it is much easier for the users.

1. Heating System:

A. a way of direct heating ensure an accurate control on the rang of temperature, a

2. Blending System:

A. The dairy will be stirred intermittently so that the machine heats up the dairy

evenly and prevent the creme in the surface of it.

3. Cooling system:

A. The dairy will be cooled down after a disinfection if necessary.

(1) Cooling with water supply:

The down-side hole in the back is a blast-hole and the up-side hole is a water outlet. The tap water comes in the blast-hole and, after a process of heating up, the water comes out from the top of the water outlet. Water helps achieve a way of cooling faster during the operation.

(2) Cooling without water supply

Use a water storage barrel, around 100 liters, a cylinder with a small water pump

Put a water pump into the water tank, received the drains on the reverse of the machine, with the plastic pipe on the gate after the water flows into the water tank, in order to achieve a cooling purpose.

If making yogurt, put water in room temperature into the water tank

If for a purpose of the cold storage, put ice into the water tank, the lower the temperature of the bucket, the lower temperature of the milk.

Repair and Maintenance:

This product, started from the date of acquisition, has one year warranty. During the

warranty period, the payments of the extra spaces for the repair will be free of charged if the machine breaks down itself but a cost of one way delivery; otherwise, the damaged parts are paid due to inappropriate behavior. Beyond the warranty period, the user is responsible for the Courier fees, the charge of the parts of machine and any other fees in related to the situation.
