API Drilling Tool BOP Kelly Valve 4 1/4 in. NC50
Overview: As a manual valve utilized in the drill string circulating system, kelly valve consists of the upper Kelly valve and the lower kelly valve. In event of any kick or blowout, the upper kelly valve shall be shut off first, and then the kelly stem shall be picked up to close BOP, thus preventing rotary hose from damage. The lower kelly valve shut off, or it is required to use the drop-in check valve in case of any blowout. Shut off the lower kelly valve before dismounting the kelly stem to prevent drilling fluid from splashing onto the derrick floor. This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the petroleum and natural gas industry standard of People’s Republic of China the upper and lower kelly cock of the rotary equipment on drilling industry (SY/T 5525-2009) and API7-1 standard. Primary structure: the kelly valve is made up of shell, spherical valve core, upper and lower valve seats, knobs, etc.
