PTFE gasket,cutting PTFE rods,pipe and sheet into flat shape,v-shape gasket,piston rings or ball valve gasket.
Characteristics:
PTFE gasket is made of suspension PTFE. Compared with other plastics, it has better corrosion-resistance and excellent heat-resistance. It is now widely used as sealing material.
Usage:
It is usually used for corrosion-resistance under -180 - 200°C, and sealing parts in ordinary electric property conditions.
Main technical indicator:
1) Apparent density: 2.10 ~ 2.30g/cm3
2) Tensile strength: ≥15.0Mpa
3) Ultimate elongation: ≥150%
