Working Principle

• It electrolysis water to generate hydrogen.
• Solution is mixture of water and KOH chemical powder.
• Take noble metal as electrode.
• Take latest membrane separation technique to separate hydrogen and oxygen completely.
• Adopt transition metal catalysis technology in electrolysis tank, hydrogen purity high, oxygen content is less than 3PPM.
• The equipment adopts high sensitivity fuzzy control system and self-tracking system, cancel pressure maintaining valve, realize constant voltage and constant current (CVCC) automatically.
• Pressure precision is within 0.001Mpa. According to gas chromatograph requirement, the gas output can be adjusted in range of 0-1000ml/min. When user stop using hydrogen and power off the machine, it stop gas generating, so no pressure exceed occurs, absolutely safe.
