Baisc specification :

  starting performance test criteria

 1 .Capacity test : after full charge discharge the battery at 1C current until the voltage dropped to 10V ,the discharged current should not less than the typical capacity of our battery pack  

2.Discharge at a large current under the room temperature condition

After the full charge ,discharge the battery at 56A for 90S ,the voltage should not less than 8V

3. Big current discharge at low temperature environment

After full charge ,store that battery at -10°C temperature environment for 12 hours ,discharge the battery at constant current 56A for 90s ,the voltage should should not less than 6V

4.Continuous starting test

  Charge the battery pack to full status ,the continuous starting time should be more than 10000 times

5.cycle test

 After full charge ,conduct the continuous cycle test ,and the value should be more than 6000 times

Test setting : cycle it in according to such process :start for 3s idling it for 3 minutes ( 2000 turns ) ,turn on the big lighter and rest for 30S

6.Start test at low temperature.

After full charge ,park the vehicle at -10°C for 12hours ,the battery should start within 30S

7.  Overcharge test

After full charge ,idling it 2000 turns for 12h at normal starting temperature ,there should no abnormal problem with the battery .

8.over-discharge test

  Charging the battery pack to full status ,turn on the front lighter until the light extinguished  ,then start the motorcycle and charge the battery to full status ( 2000turns ,1h )

9 Road test 

       After full charge ,there will no abnormal problem with the battery after driving 10000 Kilometers
