2. Within one year warranty, if there is quality problem happening to the products, you can send us the pictures or video to showing the fault phenomenon, so can help us to find out the cause of failure, then we will send you the necessary spare parts and teach you how to repair it, free of charge. 

3.If we can't find out the cause of failure, you can return the defective product to us, we will repair it and re-send it to you in one week. If the defective product can't be repaired, we will send you a new one for replacement, free of charge. 

4. Please note that man-made damage is out the scope of warranty 

5. If your product is our of warranty, we will charge you the factory cost for the replaced accessories.

6. If your order comes to a certain quantity, we will provide you some spare units, for replacing the defective product. The number of spare units depends on the quantity of your order and the model of the product. For example, if you order 200 units of this monitor, we will give you 1 unit of this monitor as spare unit, if your customer demands to swap a defective product for a new one, you can give the spare unit to the customer.
