If you have received the item in a damaged condition, please notify us within 20 days after receiving.

All items must be returned in original packaging condition.

Q:HOW TO GET A SAMPLE?
A:For old customers, the samples are free, but only payexpress freight. For new customers, we charge 0~100% ofthe sample fee and express freight also.

Q:HOW TO PAY EXPRESS CHARGES IF ORDER SAMPLES?
A:If customer have account, the samples by freightcollect. If customer do not have express account, you payto our bank account.Then we deliver the samples.

Q:WHAT'S THE TERMS OF PAYMENT?
A:Usually T/T payment, Irrevocable L/C at sight. Forregular orders, we prefer 30% of down payment, restbalance before shipment.
