Split Pressurized Solar Water Heater

Working principle:
This split solar water heating system has solar collectors on roof and water tanks inside the house, and transfers heat energy collected by the collectors into the tank by natural or forced circulation of the working fluid between collector and the tank.

1) The controller will switch on the pump when the temperature at the collector sensor is higher than the return temperature by at least the pre-selected (delta T) amount. 
2) The circulation pump makes heat-conducting liquid circulate automatically.
3) The heat-conducting liquid transfer heat to water by the heat exchanger in the water tank.
4) In case the temperature of the collector dose not reach the set valve, the circulation pump shall be shut automatically
5) In case the temperature of the water tank dose not reach T-max, then start the auxiliary heating device.

6) Capacity:100L,150L,200L,250L,300L,400L,500L.

Components:

The system comprises of heat pipe solar collector/flat plate solar collector/u pipe solar collector, Pressurized tank with or without copper coil, Work station, Expansion kit, Air vent valve, P/T valve.
