1. Introduction

Method of pretreatment and prepress line
Vegetable oil press production line includes two parts, one is pretreatment line, the other is oil seed press machine.
Pretreatment part is used for cleaning and adjusting texture of the materials , it can improve oil yield rate, reducing breakdown of the machines. General speaking, the pretreatment machines include Magnetic drum, Cleaning sieves, Sheller, Crusher, Flaking roll, Cooker, Softening pot , Puffing machine and so on. After pretreatment, the materials will be sent to oil expeller, then the crude oil got. Different materials have different pre-press methods. We usually collocate proper press line according to the customers' materials.

3. Introduction of solvent extraction line

The whole oil extraction machine workshop is selected on the base of safety, reliable, energy-saving, less fault, easy maintenance, and long using life, adopting world advanced technology and equipment to achieve the best process effect.

Process flow:

The material(for pretreatment) is sent to the extractor by the airtight packing auger. The mateiral will be sprayed for extraction by the solvent(Hexance) or mixed oil after they fall into the extractor. The wet dreg(after dripping), falling into the conveyor and be sent to the evapo-separated machine. After steaming, baking and desolventizing, the dreg will be sent to the dreg storehouse. Mixed oil after extraction enters into the first and second long tube evaporator for seperating the steam and solvent, and then flow into the stripping tower for desorption the remaining solvent of crude oil. The extracted oil from the last process will be sent into the crude oil tank for refining plant. The solvent vapors from the extractor, evapo-separated machine, evaporator, stripper tower will be recycled in the cooling system. The solvent after cooling will be collected in the fresh solvent tank for reusing in the process.

Rotocel extractor(loop type extractor), evapo-separated machine, Long tube evaporator, stripper tower, condenser, absorber, conveyor, sealing auger and so on.

4. Method refining
Our facotry is specialized in crude edible oil refinery machine. We can provide cooking oil refining machine from 1 ton to 600 tons. The popular capacity is mini crude oil refinery from 1-5 tons, small scale oil refinery from 5-20 tons and other oil refinery from 20-600 tons. Our equipment suitable for various edible oil refining machine. For example, rice bran oil refining machine, peanut oil refining/refinery machine, soybean oil refining machine, sunflower oil refining machine and so on. Now our palm oil refinery plant is installing in Congo. Usually the cooking oil refinery includes three parts: deacidification, decolorization and deodorization. For the palm oil refinery, it also need the crude palm oil fractionation part to get higher quality palm oil. In the process of rice bran oil refinery machine, sunflower oil refinery machine and corn germ oil refinery machine, it needs winterization part to move the wax in the crude oil. We can also provide waste cooking oil refining plant.
