Malaysia MU is diesel multiple units. Each train is composed of a motor car and three trail cars. The motor car adopts AC-DC electric drive and has multiple-connection ability& microprocessor control system. It also designed to equipe with Amercian CAT412E diesel engine, JF217A brushless excitation main generator and YZ34C traction electric motor. The brake type is disc brake.
