Features:

1. Housing:

Made of low thermal resistance panel which is composed of high tightness aluminum alloy profile frame and colorful steel sheet, the panel has whole polyurethane foaming (thermal conductivity: λ=0.022w/m. °C), or high polyethylene or glass wool, this structure has best performance on heat preservation, sound insulation, fireproofing, life & cleanliness. These special materials make the unit to have advantages on antirust, elegant shape, duration, low air leakage, flexible housing design & production, easy for customers to customize and utilize the building space efficiently.

2. Fan:

Using external rotor centrifugal fan, which has passed strict static balance, dynamic balance, & whole unit dynamic balance test, to ensure low running noise, high efficiency, strong structure, steady performance. There are series of product specifications for your selection, and can meet with the request on air flow and pressure for different places and wide ranges.

3. Cooler:

Using high quality seamless copper pipe and high purity aluminum foil, combined tightly by advanced mechanical or hydraulic rising pipe technology, and passed leakage test of 2.8mpa air pressure, complying with USA ARI standard, ensuring high performance and reliable quality.

4. Dry condensation plate:

Unique big grade dry antibiotic structure and extra thick inner heat insulation material ensures no condensation water even in harsh circumstance. The plate is installed with slight grade to help discharging condensation water. The pipe can discharge more than 5 times of normal water emission (calculated on partial flow), reducing the plate corrosion and restraining sewerage detaining & bacteria growing to ensure the indoor air quality.

5. Air filter:

Standard filter is plate initial effect filter (nylon wire net/aluminum net/non-woven fabrics), interception efficiency≥65%, with feature of strong structure, long life, and can be washed repeatedly. All the filters are installed on standard slots, easy for daily checking and replacing. According to customer’s special request, we can also supply all kinds of higher efficiency full range filters, pressure-difference gauge optional, signal interface retained.
