Main Characteristic:

  

1.  Two station, Multiple layer, 80mm screw, 22kw motor, PE / PP etc.

2.  Power supply: 380VAC, 50Hz  (depending on client's county ).

3.  Die Head for choosing:

     One die head (2L-5L): 5L   around 180 bottles per hour

     Two die head (1L-2L): 2L   around 600 bottles per hour

     Three die head(500ml-1L): 1L   around 1200 bottles per hour

      Four die head(up to 500ml): 500ml around 2000 bottles per hour

4. Center Distance:

    Two Die head: 180mm,    Three Die head: 100mm,   Four Die head: 60mm

5.  Deflashing system: rolling cutter and bottom deflash / pushing device

  

Deflashing Device:

A. one desing of deflashing(rolling  knife)

B. another desing of  deflashing(punching knife)

 

Basic working theory:

  

This kind of machine is using PLC control system, operating manual in English, pneumatic operated, clamping by hydraulic cylinders actuated by pneumatic primary cylinders. Moreover, it equips with deflashing system, resulting in saving time and manual cost for clients.
