General (Automatic top-plate pre-stretch pallet wrapping machine):
Automatic top-plate pre-stretch pallet wrapping machine are used to wrap stretch film around a loaded pallet, this model more suitable for tall and unstable goods. Top-plate provides a press to the top of load and ensure it safety wrapping.Additionally, Wrapped loads can easily be separated and identified.

Featuresof Automatic top-plate pre-stretch pallet wrapping machine:
1.Control System: OMRON PLC controller, Photo-eye pallet height sensor.3-12RPM variable turntable speed by frequency changer.
2.1650mm diameter structural steel plate. 85mm low profile turntable. Position turntable alignment.
3. Top-plate: the top-plate according the load height to press down automatic.
4. Turntable soft start/soft stop, heavy duty chain drive.
5. Variable film tension control.
6. Heavy duty chain carriage lift, Calm and safety.
7. Safety stops to avoid foot crush.
8. Option: Hinged mast for easy handing, Rear for lift transportable, Ramp
9. Special turntable sizes can be customized!
