What is the difference between manufactured stone veneer and natural stone?

Manufactured stone veneer is cast from molds of real stone which makes it lighter than natural stone. Natural stone may require wall ties and footings, which, in turn, can increase installation cost and difficulty. Manuka architectural stone veneer is lighter weight, designed to adhere easily to a variety of structurally surfaces.

What are the benefits of using manufactured stone?

Installed, manufactured stone is approximately 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of natural stone. Its light weight properties eliminate the need for wall ties or footings. Manufactured stone has a 2% (approximately) waste factor versus 10% or more for natural stone

The loading

Manuka stone ^® was loaded by forklift, depend on the volume, we advice 20' container, each container can hold 20 pallets, we can finish in 30 mins by our profession driver, during the loading, we will take many pictures and send to you ,you can watch all the course.

Please introduce the conditions and the cost of doing OEM

The conditions: we need 2-3 sqm samples to design.

The cost : we take $2000-$2500 for modle charge. And we will return it when the order is 3000 sqm totally

Payment:

1. we usual accept T/T 100%, 30% in advance, the balance be paid before loading;

2. If you have large quantity, we also accept L/C

Prodce time:

1. 1 container usual need 20-25 days after received the deposite

2. If you need stone urgently, we also can adjust the produce schedule
