Product procedure:
1 | Zinc can | The zinc can is the negative terminal and anode material |
2 | Inserting the separator | The separator and the bottom paper are inserted to prevent battery short-circuit between the positive and the negative electrode. |
3 | Filling cathode material | The mixture of manganese dioxide, electrolyte and others are filled as the cathode material |
4 | Inserting carbon rod | The carbon rod for collecting electricity is inserted into the middle of the battery |
5 | Sealing | The plastic gasket for sealing is fitted to prevent leakage and water evaporation |
6 | Fitting tinplate bottom and PVC jacket | The tinplate bottom is placed on the bottom of zinc can and PVC jacket is shrinked |
7 | Finished product | The batteries are packed by shrink after inspecting the voltage, current and appearance |
