Note:
1. The flooring is made of natural material. The grain and color is unique. The shipment might be different from sample and photos in color and grain. We sort the flooring to minimize the color difference among products in one pallet.
2. The buyer should advice the moisture content of the target market. The seller will manufacture according to it to minimize flooring deformation.
Use &Maintain:
1. Keep the flooring dry and clean.
2. Wax the floor every 3 to 6 months to protect the floor and keeps the floor bright.
3. Don't impact the floor with heavy and hard objects. The feet of chairs and heavy furniture should be put on protective mats.
4. Prohibit exposing for long time under the intensive sunshine or soaking in water.
5. Keep the moisture content of the room in a proper condition

Veneer Cutting Workshop
1. A cutting scope of 0.55~4.0mm to meet different markets' needs.
2. Cutting timber with different hardness, perfect combination in horizontal and vertical direction.
3. Operated by digital equipment to make sure the production precision.
4. Suitable cutting angle, smooth surface without any fault.
5. Can reducing the strain degree of wood fiber, releasing the veneer's internal stress to make sure the flat without distortion.
Drying Lines
1. Transfer heat through heat transfer oil to assure average heating and stable moisture content.
2. Combining the net drying and the roller drying to assure the veneer's flatness and to control the shrinkage effectively.
3. Cooling after heating to fully release the internal stress of veneer.
4. Control the drying temperature via digital equipment to meet different production need.
Board Joint Lines
1. Repairing strained fiber completely.
2. Digital control to get rid of different thickness in advance to gain even thickness.
3. Exact joints to escape empty phenomena.
4. Flat surface which is good for the following process.
5. High production efficiency to accelerate the production schedule.
6. Good jointing square degree and diagonal error within production standard.
Plywood Factory

Veneering Lines
