QC Team: Vistarfoto QC department carries out extremely strict quality control on products, and proceeds with many QC circles to lift quality management capability. The production procedures are integrated with material inspection, mutual inspection, semi finished inspection, and finished test. Testing equipment includes leakage Current tester,capacitance measurement machine,withstand voltage testing machine, light meter,high pressure machine etc.

Material: strict control on material use, meet international requested starnard.100% inspection on spare parts,like capacitor, diode, fans, resistors, flash tube and so on before production. Semi-finished products inspection: mutual inspection during assembling. And functions inspection before 100% finished. Finished product inspection: a series of quality and test process will carry out on every item before packed and loaded, such as aging test, sleep mode test, fuction test, surface inspection and so on.
