1.What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 3000pcs, we accept lower quantity for your trial order.

2.Can I get samples?

Yes, we usually provide existing sample for free. If you want you own design,we have to receive your payment for samples and their express delivery cost, then send samples to you. the printing fee will refund after ordered.

3.How long is the sample lead time?

For exsiting sample, It takes 3-5days. If you need your own design,  it takes 5-7 days.

4. About Shipment: what kind of shipment will you use?
We usually ship the products by boat via our shipping agent from Ningbo or Shanghai pot.

5.Could we place order by OEM style to print our own brand ?
Of course you can, Send email us your brand name or logo.

6.How to place an order.
Email order details to us including model number, quantity, destination port ,consignee's contact information including detail address and phone fax number and email address, notify party, etc.
