Q1: What is the Warranty for the panel light?

A1:  For the panel light, we have 3 years warranty. And some special offer with 5 years warranty as customers require.

Q2:  What is color temperature?

A2: King Star's LED Lighting offer panel lights in warm, natural, pure and cool white with colour temperatures measured in  Kelvin (K). The lower the colour temperature is,the warmer the light given by the LED:

• Warm white = 2700K-3200K
• Natural white = 4000K-4500K
• Pure white = 5000K-5500K
• Cool white = 6000K-6500K

The emitting color is dimmable.

Q3: What is CRI?

A3: CRI is a figure which reflects real colors of the object. Higher CRI with higher cost. For LED tubes, the CRI is higher than 80. For the outdoor light, the CRI higher than 70 is OK at most of applications.

Q4: What is the AC Voltage tolerance for our LED tubes?

A4: Their AC voltage tolerance is +/- 10%.

Q5: Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country?

A5: For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea shipping is the best but take much time. For urgent orders, we suggest by air.
