BGA rework station DH-5830soldering/deolsdering motherboard of cellphone ,PC and other electronic consumables, which is loaded with feature of industrial PC with HD touch screen, temperature controlled precisely and humanized design.

Main Features

1) With vacuum sucker, pick up the bga chip conveniently after desoldering.
