1. How to get a sample

 we can send you FREE A4 or 2-5 m sample by DHL, with courier fee paid by customers.

2. Payment Terms?

 T/T,L/C. Generally 30% deposit, balance before shipment & 100% T/T in advance.

 3. Forwarder?

 Will use our own forwarder if no special requirements, mainly follow  customers' needs

 4.How deal with complaint?

 After confirm the reason, will give certain solutions accordingly.
