The PET Geogrid-strips Producing Line developed by our company has compact structure, high and stable output, reasonable configuration and high degree automation. It produces PET strips with available 100% recycling materials. The product has good gas-barrier property, zero additives, superior toughness and ductility

6.Remarks:

1. PET Geogrid is extruded and stretched by polymer plastic. It has very high tensile strength. The connection points of vertical and horizontal ribs are welded by high frequency ultrasonic to ensure the effective interlocking to soil;

2. The PET geogrid surface is pressed into rough pattern in order to enhance the friction;

3. PET geogrid has high tensile strength, low elongation rate ( the breaking elongation rate is less than 8% ). At the same time, it has low deformation ratio.
