this machine used for dry coir fiber in sheet come from fiber bale opener,which heat by boiler, temperature up to 100-250 dgrees(I).Working Characteristics:
1.Dryer is used for heating up the coir fiber which moisture content is more higher.
2.Heating up method:boiler
3.Temperature:100-240 degrees:
(1)material one:coir fiber need degree 120-150 degrees;
(2)material two: pp mix with coir fiber need degree 200-240 degrees.
4.There are three layer in "S" which coir fiber sheet will be gone through.

1.Dry length:10 m;
2.boiler layer:3 layers;
3.Motor:
(1)motor for heating-up:15kw×2;
(2)motor for conveying sheet:2.2kw×3
4.output:300-400kg/h
