Question1:

How to pack and load the whole house?

Answer:

The house is integrated and composed by many parts such as wall panel, pillar, flooring, window and etc. Those separated parts will be packed together and loaded on one pallet. While if the house is with large area like our STLH001-NW2400CD villa, one pallet is not enough, so we have to load on several pallets.

How to install the Eco-garden House?

Answer:

We will supply professional house installation manual and video which can be easily understood by the people who even know little about the woodworking.

Question3:

What is the limited warranty?

Answer:

We warrant 10 years for normal WPC/BPCmaterial (wall panel and pillar) and 15 years for co-extruded WPC/BPC material(wall panel and pillar). For the structure of Eco-garden House, we warrant 70years.

Question4:

Why do we choose the Eco-garden House? It seems like wood house but far more expensive.

Answer:

The Eco-garden House is not same as the wooden house. Although the price of our house is high, our house does not need paint periodically, so we can save a lot of labor cost in future.

Our house is colorful without any paint which is good for our health, the color is natural and do not easily fade, while the wooden house’s color is monotonous and need paint, the color can be easily fade in a short time.

Our house has high grade UV resistance. The material of the house is BPC/WPC which the fireproof grade can reach to B2 level. But the wooden house can easily catch fire.
