Working principle

    Solar energy is a very reliable ,green new energy resource. This is a renewable energy source that benefits mankind.In the daytime, under the control of intelligent controller, solar panel absorb the solar light and convert into electrical energy on the sunshine. Solar cell modules charge the battery at the same time, and battery supply electricity power to LED lamp through the constant current driving in setting time(at night). Solar LED street lights are widely used in urban roads, national highways, highways, tunnel, park, rural roads etc.

Specifications

 Brand new model 20-90W LED street light. Features are: 

 1. 20W, 30W, 40W, ...90W available (with OSRAM or CREE LED). 

2. 20-30W beam angle: lateral 120 degree, vertical 60 degree;  
3. 40-90W beam angle: lateral 140 degree + 20 degree adjustable = 160 degree, vertical 60 degree; 
4. Interpole distance can be 45-55M;
5. 20W per module by Epistar LED (85lm/W, 3 year warranty),  30W per module by CREE LED;
6. With CREE LED, 85lm/W or 95lm/W, with the best MEANWELL driver, 5 year warranty;
7. Pole socket 0 - 115 degree adjustable, so enable both lateral and vertical installation
8. Back cover can be easily opened, simple maintenance, lower cost.
9. Each LED module has specially designed lens, making luminance concentrated in a rectangular area, get much higher

LM than ordinary lens.
10. Heat sink also uniquely designed, <55°C degree, getting longer working life.
11. Built-in constant voltage driver in each LED module, making it works much stable and longer time.

 Batteries

Leak proof Deep cycle lead-acid battery, GEL batteries wired in series or parallel and placed in a battery pack. Waterproof battery box for underground burial, or metallic battery box for on-pole attachment are available options. Five year warranty on the batteries, pro-rated replacement credit for years 2-5 as follows: year 3 = 50% replacement credit; year 4 = 30% replacement credit; year 5 = 20% replacement credit. Expected life of 5 years.

Pole

We propose 20 to 26 feet pole, with powder coated finish. Poles are made of hot galvanized steel.

Controller

Degree of Protection- IP65, is the perfect type of controller for humid location. Energy saving mode allows the controller to supply the LED with lower power when the battery are running low on energy.

Product Structure

In the night when the darks approaching, the LIGHT SENSOR of the CONTROLLER will turn on the LED lamp automatically, while this time supplied by BATTERY.

When the dawn come, TIMER of the CONTROLLER will turn off the LED lamp automatically. And the SOLAR PANEL will restart to function collecting and transmit the sunshine and electricity.

Its an all automatically function product, once you own it, your government will never to pay for the electricity cost for the street light again.
