KL- automatic cutting machine
1,Features:
(1) High accuracy, easy to operate, automatic control, suitable for all kinds of adhesive tape, high-grade tape, slitting the protective film
(2) PLC and touch screen control, easy to operate
(3) Silicon solution cooling system, avoid the glue stick to blade, ensure the smooth operation of cutting
(4) The round trip is driven by servomotor, matched up with precision ball screw and wire slide rail, to smooth the round trip of the blade and position accuracy.
(5) Pneumatic back pressure support, ensure the stability of the dividing
(6) Ten different cutting width can be set at three same time without operation stopping
(7) The main shaft and the blade adopt step-less speed change motor AC
(8) Automatic adjust angle, ten different cutting angle, cutting width can be set at the same time without operation stopping
