A:As all of our dresses are hand-talilored and customized, the finished dresses may vary by approximately 1-2.5 centimeters .To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly ,our tailors will make our dresses with addition fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be easily made.if you find the products are not suitable for you and have any questions, you can contact us directly.

Q:Color Mismatch:

A:

a.Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, we can not guarantee the color of the dress you get will be 100% same as the above color chart.

b.Different fabrics will show different color degree on the same color. So we will not accept any returned dress for sake of color. Please kindly understand us.

c.Color aberration will exist though you choose the same color in in different dispatches.

Q:Production time

A:Usually it takes us 7-20 working days to make one dress, but it also depends on the styles and quality standard of the dresses.

Q:About rush order 
A:It is accepted, but the rush fee should be paid by customers.

Q:About price: If I want a big order, can the price be cheaper/pc? 
A:Yes. You will enjoy our discount If you repeat and have our wholesale price when you have a big order.

Q:About working time

A:We work from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., and we usually will reply your inquiry and deal with your orders within 24 hours, but it will be a bit longer when we are on holidays. So you can directly chat with us online or leave a message or send emails to us when we are off-line. As soon as we are on work, we will give you a reply immediately.

Q:Why the price will be different with the price on the website?
A:The price on the website is just for your reference, it depends on the quality standard and total freight. Please kindly check.

A:Yes, we can. We offer customized service. OEM/ODM is both ok.

A:Yes, all the orders can be changed within 24 hours after you payment.

Q: Who pays for the Duties and Tarifs on international shipments?
A: We will not charge any duty for an international order. 
Import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
