Brief  introduction of  gas furnace/ coal gasifier

Our coal gasifier uses air and vapor as the gasifying agents to produce mixed gas. It is suitable for gasifying coking coal, hard coke, etc. and is widely used in machinery, metallurgy, chemistry, glass, building materials, food, textile and light industries.

The technological process of coal gasifier:

1.In the first place,using the lift machine to add coal into the stoker,then adding coal into coal gasifier by stoker,steam and air as gasification agent from the bottom of the furnace into the bellows drum charging,coal and gasification agent oxidation, reduction at high temperature in the coal gasifier,at last, produce gas.

2.The second,gas into the gravity dust collector in the first place,use the gravity of dust for settling and conduct a preliminary dust.Then enter the cyclone,through the effect of centrifugal force to remove most of the coal powder and dust.The hot gas after a whirlwind dust removal through a number of settling chamber, partition water seal,through the hot gas pipe to the gas equipment for using.
